In this Privacy Policy, takes place the information and data shared with Teracity Software Technologies San. Tic. A. Ş. (“Company”); how and for what purposes they are used; storage, access, deletion processes; terms and conditions regarding confidentiality and security measures taken in the process of making use of the digital backbone of Bilimp by the persons (“Users”) who are registered as members of the application (“Bilimp”) at www.bilimp.com.

Article 1. Information and Data Shared by the User and Collection Methods

User information is collected automatically and directly by the user while using the application tools at www.bilimp.com. The information and data collected are as follows:

• Name-Surname, TR ID No, Mobile phone, E-mail,

• Personnel registration number, TR ID No, name, surname, father's name, mother's name, gender, place of birth, date of birth, mobile phone, fixed telephone, e-mail address, full address, graduated school information, courses attended, fees, iban number, seniority, criminal record, attire, criminal conviction, background information, photograph, disability status,

• Data from cookies.

Article 2. Processing Processes and Purposes of Personal Data

The company anonymizes the user's usage and transaction information on Bilimp; to be used in statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns and donation campaigns of companies and business partners, annual reports and similar reports, in the time required for the realization of these purposes, and transmit them to business partners.

Personal information may be used to contact the user or to improve the user's experience on Bilimp (such as maintenance and support for services, improving existing services, creating new services and providing personalized services), personal information may also be processed and stored for the purpose of creating a database, maintaining memberships and performing other activities necessary for the provision of the Company's services to the user.

Article 3. Transfer of Personal Data and Sharing with Third Parties

The content (personal data detailed above) uploaded to Bilimp by the user is the property of the user. The company cannot disclose or sell this content.

The company will not disclose the contents transmitted to it electronically via Bilimp to third parties, except for the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement with the users. In this context, the company undertakes to keep the contents strictly private and confidential, to consider the contents as a confidentiality obligation, to take all necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality, to prevent all or any part of confidential information from entering the public domain or unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party, and to take all necessary measures.

Article 5. Retention Periods of Personal Data

How long the personal data provided by the user and obtained through automated means will be stored depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data. Article 6. Children's Rights

Article 8. Security - Backup

SSL used in Bilimp servers ensures the secure transfer of data between our users and the system by being encrypted. Users are expected to create strong passwords and it is declared to them in the user agreement that the users themselves are responsible for the confidentiality of the passwords they create.

As a company, data is backed up daily against possible technical problems and each backup is kept for 2 weeks.

The data obtained through the application offered by Bilimp is not stored on the user's computer. In this way, even if the user's computer is corrupted, stolen or lost, the security of the data is not endangered.

Article 9. Data Subject Rights Arising from Article 11 of the KVKK

The rights of data subject whose personal data are processed pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows;

  • Being informed whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • Being informed about the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • Being informed about the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data and requesting the notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, in the event that the reasons for data processing disappear, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data, and requesting the notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself after the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

The Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge on the basis of the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on bilimp.com. The provisions of the Privacy Policy amended by the Company become effective on the date they are published on www.bilimp.com.
